The Team

Zach Cochran

Zach Cochran began training in Krav Maga out of a deep desire to be prepared—to defend himself and to protect others should the need arise. What started as a personal commitment to readiness has grown into over a decade of professional training across multiple disciplines, including hand-to-hand combat, Israeli combat shooting, close-quarters combat, VIP executive protection, defensive tactics, tactical driving, and advanced instructor development. He continues to serve and train with church safety teams, helping others cultivate awareness, confidence, and responsibility.

Zach has trained extensively in Israel with top IDF instructors and continues to follow their methods as part of his ongoing weekly personal training. He is a Tennessee State–certified firearms instructor, a state-licensed armed guard, and a USCCA Certified Instructor, committed to maintaining a high standard of skill, discipline, and accountability.

Grounded in faith, Zach believes preparedness is an act of stewardship. He regularly participates in Bible study through the Israel Bible Center and is passionate about Christian leadership, discipleship, and developing people spiritually, mentally, and physically. His approach to training goes beyond technique—it is about mindset, character, and protecting what truly matters.

Paul Mink

Paul Mink began training in Krav Maga out of a clear sense of responsibility—to protect himself, those closest to him, and others when it matters most. While working in an environment where weapons were not permitted, Paul learned that preparedness is not about equipment alone, but about mindset, skill, and discipline. In that setting, he committed himself to becoming capable, confident, and ready.

Paul has trained in Krav Maga for several years and now serves as an associate instructor, providing hands-on instruction to students across a wide range of experience levels. His training extends beyond core hand-to-hand and weapons-based disciplines and includes Israeli combat shooting, advanced shooting fundamentals, and VIP executive protection.

He is a Tennessee-certified unarmed and armed guard, a Tennessee state–certified firearms instructor, and a USCCA Certified Instructor. Paul also brings several years of experience serving on church safety and security teams, including leadership roles, where trust, awareness, and responsibility are essential.

Grounded in faith, Paul believes readiness is an extension of stewardship and obedience. Outside of training, he values time with his wife, family, and friends and enjoys traveling. With a career that demands extensive technical reading, he gravitates toward listening—Christian music, faith-based podcasts (Tony Crisp primarily), and Scripture. He and his wife are prayerfully seeking a local church home, trusting fully in God’s sovereignty and direction over their lives.
